NODE_ENV=production deaktiviert synchronize (zerstörerischer ADD/DROP-COLUMN- Churn auf MariaDB, der die 8126-Byte-Zeilengröße sprengte) und aktiviert migrationsRun. Neue data-source.ts als einzige Konfigquelle (Laufzeit + CLI), Migrations-Workflow (generate/run/revert) inkl. dotenv ergänzt.
